Some titles were Hank Williams songs. According to Jerry Howorth, at the time of Hank Williams death, none of these titles had been issued, and Decca decided not to release them. Jerry believes that it may have been because of the uncertainty concern the Hank Williams estate, ownership of his music, etc. He thinks Decca did not want to get embroiled in any legal entanglements, so they just scrapped the whole session.
